Virus problem My daughter’s laptop was infected witha virus which we spent several hours trying to remove. Steve picked up the laptop, restored it to factory settings, saved all her files, and returned it as promised for a very reasonable price. We would recommend him if you have problems.
We use a laptop for competitions at the club, on several occasions we had some technical problems. With one phone call the laptop was picked up, taken away and within a few days the problem was solved. It turned out to be a hard drive error, something not everyone can solve. A new hard drive was installed and all software reinstated. The final bill was less than we were expecting, as a result of this service we now have an annual health check booked with Stephen. I use a computer daily but know nothing about the inner workings – as long as it works when I switch it on.. When my old ME Windows and computer started slowing down I rang Steve. He promptly came round and advised me to purchase a new laptaop (takes up less space and I can use it anywhere. It was also reasonably priced). He assisted me in making the right choice and then came back and set it all up for me within a few days. Just what I needed – completely hassle free. My computer bacame very ill and even as a nurse I could not restore it back to health. Wanting to support local small business I found BJ computers in the local parish mag. Stephen came the same day and spent some hours assessing the problem, and suggesting a cure. There was no pressure to upgrade or change the whole system, he was able to take the computer away overnight, fix it, save all my progs. etc return it the next day. The costs were very reasonable.
